The ring is based on actual artifacts found in China during the Eastern Zhou period (771-256 BC)
 
We closely observed an antique ring and made an accurate copy from it----and it works perfectly for both target shooting on foot and fast nocking on horseback.
 
Unique feature of thie ring:
---The internal is oval, but instead of needing to turn the ring 90 degrees to lock behind the joint, it is just straight push over the joint to lock.
 
Sizing:
Accurate thumb joint width and thickness measured by a caliper is mandatory
